WilliamsDistributing, is a vendor that knows what customer service is about.  Mike maintains my inventory, ensures that my shop has what it needs for the type of work that I do.  With his proactive approach, he keeps my shop running smooth.  When I need some product fast and affordable, I call Williams Distributing.  I also like the convenience of ordering products via e-mail at times when it is convenient to me. We have been purchasing products from Williams Distributing for a number of years now and we are completely satisfied with this company. The thing I like most is the e-mail and fax I get the week prior to there visit. It is a reminder for me to check inventory and then I simply fax my order in. I don’t have to deal with a sales rep. nor do I have someone else checking my inventory.(selling me product I don’t need). As most Owners and Managers know an employee will not tell you he or she needs something until they have used the last one. Once I fax my order it is delivered the next week
